What payment methods do you accept (e.g. bank transfer, credit card, PayPal)?

We accept bank transfers only (SEPA or SWIFT), in EUR. We do not accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or other digital methods at this time.

Is payment via credit card available for international clients?

No, credit card payments are not accepted, regardless of client location.

Are prices fixed or adjusted based on exchange rates?

Prices quoted in EUR are fixed for the duration of the quotation’s validity (typically 14–30 days). If you choose to pay in another currency, we adjust prices based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment.

Can we pay in USD, GBP, CHF, or another currency?

Yes, we accept payments in USD, GBP, CHF, and BGN, in addition to EUR. However, a currency conversion surcharge or adjusted pricing may apply to account for exchange rate fluctuations and transfer costs.
